Default Fork Oil

I know, this has been asked before but I thought I might get lucky and get a better answer. I need to change my fork oil on my 2001 EGC. Both forks are oil filled with air adjustment. I have a mighty Vac. What is the easiest way to drain and refill the forks and who knows how much oil?

Thanks

FL, try a search on the subject if you continue to wait on a response. I've been known to go to youTube on DIY topics, bet you can find a video.
