Just had the V&H dresser duals installed along with 4" Rineharts, Fuel Moto powervision and FM air cleaner. All i can say is wow what a difference in power and sound!!! I was running just the rinos for a while with no stage one and she didn't have that throaty growl I was after so the dresser duals and other upgrades have made me very happy and a little poorer. lol
So what is the verdict on the new pipes? Reason I ask is I am wanting to get rid of the cat but not add too much more volume to the sound. I already have tinitus from firing weapons all the time and do not need to make it worse.

Maybe it's just the tone of the twin slash's more than the loudness. They are very sharp sounding. Sounds really good just a little tough on my ears. The wife loves them, she says they "sound tough". LOL
I have a set of 4" Rineharts on order, will be here Monday. I am hoping they will be a little deeper and mellow it out a little, but still be a little loud.
I like loud to a point, but the SE255's pushed the twin slash rounds a little over the top for me. They are fine for short hops but just get on my nerves after a couple hours.
I hope I made the right choice. Pretty expensive experiment if it fails. LOL
[QUOTE=Nicky Pass;9631246]We have the exact same bike..the same mods![/QUOTE
Funny aint it. How do you like your set up. Next up on the mods leds, cause its never enough lol.
.
I have the Reinhart true duals on my 107 with S&S 585GEZ cams and reworked heads. 10.5:1 sets off the car alarms in parking lots. Not obnoxiously loud, but strong percussion. 121h/132t

I really like the 4" Rineharts, they sound good, just different than the V&H Twin Slash Rounds. I gotta say the Twin Slashes sounded great, really strong and beefy sounding, but just a little too loud for me since the SE255's were added. The true duals add to the sound also.
The 4" Rineharts sound a little deeper at idle as well as a little quieter, but still have a very pronounced authoritive note. Not quiet by any means.
At cruise the Rineharts are noticeably quieter than the Twin Slash Rounds, just what I was looking for. You can still hear them and it takes a little more twist of the throttle to make the Rineharts bark than it did with the Twin Slashes.
Overall I am very satisfied with the 4" Rineharts. But I got to say the Twin Slashes sounded awesome. I thought they were perfect before I added the SE255's. It amazed me how much louder the bike got after adding the cams.
