I have been enjoying my 2011 RK that I bought last June immensely! It had everything I wanted; ABS, cruise, and I have been adding small things here and there over the past year.

In fact, 2 weeks ago I just broke down and did a Fuel Moto stage 1 kit (after swearing I would leave it stock ), which is an excellent upgrade.

Yes, just 2 weeks ago I married the brand new Powervision to the bike. For those of you that haven't used a Powervision, it only works on one ECU, and the unit warns you that if there is no going back if you hit "accept". I married it to the RK with no second thoughts what so ever!

Now I have the fever for a new Limited!? I even had my dealer work up a deal for a trade. He gave me a generous offer.

Just crazy! Not sure what I will do yet, but I am marveling at my lack of forethought!

It really is crazy and limited by our own resolve...sounds like we bought our RKs the same month.....except I cant even entertain the thought of buying another bike. Besides, my wife says its her turn ....its only fair

Check with FUELMOTO. I think you can now move the PV to another bike.

I feel for ya.

Traded my 2011 Heritage in on a 2012 Limited after finally getting the Heritage set up the way I wanted it.

I guess I suffer from "lack of forethought-itus" too

I don't regret my decision though.

Good luck.

Yes you can move it to another bike cost around $200. But better than buying a new one.

I do believe Dynojet told me that I can move a PV to another bike for $99.
Check with Fuelmoto, or give Dynojet a call.

Any new HD, including CVO models are just a blank canvas in which to add your personal touches, including performance, better tuning, cooler running, etc.

HD gives you the minimum and from there on, it's up to you to decide what is needed and necessary..

I did something similar several years ago. Bought a Road King and pretty much had it the way I wanted it, but everytime I looked at a Street Glide I'd say to myself , "man that's a good lookin' bike - I really want one". Well, you've heard the old story - rode into the dealer for an oil change and rode out with that Street Glide. Smart - no!. Did I have fun with it - yeah! It's a sickness and there are so darn many nice H-D motorcycles...........
