I bought 2- 139 tooth belts from 2 different places, they are supposed to be 139 TOOTH GATES POLYCHAIN 1" BELT. One has PC-139-1 USA 209M stamped on it the other has BDL-PC-139-1 USA 143V stamped on it. Can anyone tell me if they are both Gates belts or is one a Falcon?

..try Google-ing those part numbers or visiting the manufacturers web site?
It's possible the part numbers are from the same manufacturer just different manufacturing dates.
Well maybe.
They are the same size for sure but people have had the Falcon belts brake.
The central code I highlighted is a Gates code. Gates is a manufacturer of belts and I think you will find the two you identified are Gates belts branded by the sellers, in other words the same belts. People have all brands of belt break! If you are unsure, buy a genuine Harley one.

The one BDL belt is falcon and the pc is a gates. From what Ive been told the gates is a better belt.

Gates makes the belts that come on Harleys, and Harley doesn't sell the 139 tooth belt.
