hd instructions sux
put detach kit on my limited today,thuoght i had the wrong kit by following the instructions,decided to take a break,went to store got an 18 pack of bud lite.came back drank about 7 or 8 it went together easy as pie.guess i,m going to become a drunk working on my bike.cams were easyer than this kit.

LMAO!! Funny cause I agree with ya! The 40 somethin sets of instructions that comes with that kit is confusing as H3LL!! That is what they make cold beer for though. Its all worth it, your gonna love being able to get that thing off when ya want to! Check out the thread on How To Make Your Tour Pack Quick Release,, good thread on a mod for all the wiring. I did it & love it. No more coiling all the wires under the seat.

just hope when i go to my shop in the morning it together like i thought i left it.
