These 'buddy' threads are a real pain! Get him to sign in and let us 'talk' to him. There are too many things unknown here and he is far better placed than you to help out, so we can help him. Or to put it less politely, get outta the way!
..I kind of have to laugh when i read something like this...I mean, who goes out and buys a 120R, spends that kind of money, and then after they get it, put in all the WRONG components, (mismatched cams, wrong exhaust), and then has some knucklehead tune it who has no idea what he's doing....and winds up 30HP and TQ short?...something aint right here...
O.K O.K Sorry guys I was busy today!!
Along with the 120R
He has the high flow injectors!
58 throttle Body w/ screaming eagle high flow intake
Exhaust is the thunder header 2-1 x-series
He did not touch the cams or the motor, he put it in stock out of the crate.
And yes I agree I would love him to come on the fourm and talk direct with you guys, but he is not a computer guy so I am digging for him!
Oh ya almost forgot the biggest part, he has the TTS tuner that was set up by local Harley Space coast!
Let me know what you guys think!
Can't stand that a $8,000 girls bike is faster, can ya. Search for yourself.

Ride that bike for more than 15 minutes...
Bet your uncles, cousins, neighbors parole officer has a tubbed Hemi Cuda doin' 8 second quarter mile passes to?!? Oh yea.... and it's his daily driver!
The exhaust could be robbing the engine of some power. The Thunderheader X series isn't a "stepped" system. I know the Dragula has 1.75-1.875-2.00 steps and I think the Boarzilla is similiar.
You think? That thunder header is a nice pipe, but you don't hear alot about them on the 120R. I am just shocked how weak his build is. Think he needs to do some serious detective work cause that thing should be screaming.
