I verified this will be the 2nd oring that I am going to be putting in there. Do you think that my theory about the fork not being completely seated in the triple could be the culprit, or maybe overtightening?
Finished everything this morning. Forks look seated in the trees properly. Only thing I can figure is that maybe I overtorqued the fork caps (been known to do that). I replaced the seals with new ones and also wrapped teflon tape on the caps. We'll see what happens from there:

This side didnt look as good for some reason.
Both sides were obviously leaking though. I had a little over 18oz in the forks. So over the course of the last two years I lost at least 2 oz of fluid. I'll report back after my trip in a few weeks.
