Default Thundermax Zipper/ABS

I had to have the local HD dealer replace the rear brake assembly last week. They advised me they were unable to bleed/calibrate the brake system properly because the digital technician will not see the zipper. My rear brake is not working properly (I'm unable to lock the rear wheel standing on the brake) and ABS is disabled. I have an email in to Thundermax support but wondered if anyone here has any ideas. I find it difficult to believe that installing the Zipper, which I love by the way, would prevent proper adjusting of ABS brakes.

Any ideas appreciated.

i had my recall done with my thundermax on the bike and no issues. I assume they had to bleed the brakes due to the recall. i say bullshit dealer on this one.
