I purchased a new windshield. One of harley's klock werks style. They said you couldn't use a windshield bag with it. After a very little modification I am happy to tell you I still have a windshield bag. I took the stock 2 pouch harley bag cut it in half. Now I only have one bag but its still holds my glasses and change very convient and I wouldn't want to go with out.
I am dealing with that now on a '11 SG. I have the 4" factory windshield running a 3 kuryakyn pouch. I know that I need at least the 8.5" klock werks windshield to use the bag but I am only 5'6" and want a lower shield AND be able to keep the bag. What height
is the new windshield you put on and do you have a part number or exact HD name for the windshield? How is it at getting rid ow the wind buffeting? Anyone else have a solution for running a low curve windshield and 3 pouch bag? Thanks.
