The 412's are a coilover shock so the preload is set using the spring instead of air. Progressive's site shows that they have a 412 from 11.5" to 13.5" for a 2000 FLH/FLT. Dennis may just not have them.

Hey - a couple questions for ya - dennis kirk site shows that the 412's will not fit my bike - am I missing something? Also, in reading about setting pre-load on these, does this mean I won't be able to use my air-adjust? (my bike is a 2000 FLHRCI). Thanks.
Almost all of the replacement shocks that you will find are spring only and will eliminate your air set up. Air shocks really are only good for 2 things raising or lowering a vehicle or increasing the load carrying capacity.
If you want to keep the air set up buy a set of used take offs from E Bay, easil found and will bolt right on. Try to get them from a 09 or newer bike they are improved over yours.
The Progressive 412 number for your bike is 412 4020 B (black) or C (chrome) that is a 13" 412 and will bolt on. Id recommend buying from US Motoman on line or Phatperformance or Direct Harley Parts they all have better prices than Dennis Kirk for shocks
if you want to stick with the HD Air Shocks take the offer on your other thread for the take off shocks from the 2012 bike for 75.00 they will work better than yours ever did and with USPS flat rate box shipping you will be into them less than 100.00. just be sure that they were properly capped when taken off the other bike otherwise you will have to add oil to them.
