Default HD Visor Style Trim Ring & PHASE 7 (pics)
ABSOLUTE PERFECT FIT - completely snug around headlamp - bottom gap 100% evenly closed.
Smooth, clear, concave lens is much more appealing/effective than the phase 5/6 flat reflector lens that stuck out like a sore thumb.

Cee Baileys precurved 7" light smoke $25 - done experimenting with expensive contoured shields & dark tints!

Ok I give up, what was the trick? I have a gap in mine but towards the rear of the ring after installed. that was the best i could get.

1. Scrap the useless stock chrome headlamp trim ring.
2. Cut 4 notches in the stock bucket housing & bend 90 degrees to snugly retain trim ring.

Nice! I have the visor ring as well and I've been looking at the Phase 7. You may have just sold me seeing how nicely yours fits up. Any pointers for install?

Mine fits nice and snug as well.
Make sure you leave your OEM ring lose so the visor ring will slip in behind it.
Once it slips in behind it you can install the OEM ring screw and the clamping bolt on the visor.
