They have cable kits pre-measured & packaged for whatever size bars u want.
I have Cyclesmiths 16" in black.
They're awesome. I should have done it years ago.
I just put 12" wild1's on mine. I thought they were too tall when I first got it together, but I'm getting used to them. I'm glad I didn't go any taller, which is contrary to popular opinion. They put my hands just a few inches below my shoulders.

Reason: add sig pic
I put 16 Wild 1 on mine. You can roll them back if needed or forward. Love the Chubbs. If you buy 14's and want to go to 16's you have to change everything again. it is easier to go down to 14's than going up to 16's. Just my thought.
I'm 6' 4" with a 34" inseam. 14's were perfect with the corbin solo I had, and the stock seat as well. Now I have a Mustang super solo and it puts me up a little higher than others, probably would've gone 16" if I were to do it again. I went +6 on both, the ABS brake line could be a little longer.
Guys are there any bars out that that don't have as much pullback on them. I am about 6'5" and have some long arms. Would love to get some new bars but they all come back to far. The 16's are about right but i run a windshield on the king and need some advice from you guys running apes.
I've was wondering about the cables. Not just the clutch and brake cables, but what about all the wiring for the horn and lights ( High/low beam ). Is there kits for that also.
I have an Electro Glide and would like about bars about 4 inches taller.
What is the cost of adding a set of apes ( above the cost of the bars )
