Choice is good. I understand they are trying to get the helmet law off the books in Va where I do a lot of riding. Just don't know as I DO ride there because of great twisty roads. Just went to a funeral last night where a fellow rider was killed on his bike on a twisty road. More to it than that but point remains. Just never know what is around that next curve.
Great! I am from Michigan but i havnt lived there in 12 years. Plan to move back someday though. Glad to have a choice when i do go back. Thanks for the info.
Good to see States that had it as a law are finally changing....been able to ride without helmets here as far back as I remember and always been watching to see if they were going to change it....maybe not anymore?
Years ago when Louisiana made helmets mandatory, we would just to texas (20min) and ditch the helmets at the state line and pick em up on the way back.
