so what was the trade off in MI?

we have the no helmet option here in FL, but you need to carry a min $10,000 min medical insurance

 

You have to carry at least $20,000 medical insurance for both driver and passenger, have to be at least 21 years old and either have passed a motorcycle safety class or have had their motorcycle endorsement for at least 2 years.
