Guys the flywheel was damaged. If you have to go into the bottom end a Stroker flywheel is a logical choice.

The SE CVO motors were 95ci then 103ci up to 2006.

Saying you can't take a 88" motor to 103" is like saying you can't take a 96" motor to 110".

Its done every day

That thing must have been thumping pretty good when you bought it. I have a stock TC 88 RK and it is pretty quiet but if it had cams and a big bore to 95 I think I would notice it...
Any how good luck, sounds like it just needs some final adjustments in air / fuel delivery

You're wise to park it until you get this sorted out. "Spitting through the throttle body" sounds like it's lean as heck. If it was me, I'd throw a ThunderMax at it. But there's a lot of different opinions. In any case, you're looking at from a couple hundred bucks to over a grand.

It all depends on what your coming from. I went from an 81 ironhead and shovelhead chopper to an 88 Twinkie. I thought it was a powerhouse. Then I got a used 09 bagger knew it had a big bore pit in at the dealer with 103 jugs and se cams. Thought it was fast coming from cammed 88. Come to find out after talking to the old owner its got 106 big bore and 551 cams. And 106 ft lbs of torque. Didn't know I was riding a rocket. Its all in the comparison.

You would be better off creating a new thread here..

Did you replace the throttle body in the process?

What are 202.25 cams.. List every thing replaced..
