electrical will fit.. don't really need to re route on the clutch side..for the brake side i cut off a little of the wire loom from the stock main harness..pulled the end of the controll wires around the main fairing bracket and back toward the center of the radio...then i ran the wires down the side of the radio and connected to the wires from the bars...
as for the wires going through the bars...hardest thing i ever tried.. i ended up loosing my patience and taking them to the dealer to have wires pulled....payed through the nose...BUT i did all the other work myself (did bars and painted fairing at the same time) IF you are on the fence about doing the wires yourself i would suggest looking into having Yaffe do them for you..i heard from a guy here on the forum that he sent his controlls and bars to Yaffe and they pulled the wires for like $100... i don't know for sure but WORTH looking into..
oh.. i also went +4 on clutch and brake.. did some nice Magnum black.. cuz i didn't want to "stretch it" and i also wanted to complete the look..like you said you spent a good chunk on the bars....
I am getting this done Monday. I got a longer clutch after reading everything here.. I want it to go through my fairing hole and not around, and I have an 08 with ABS and since nobody ever seems to have done this to an 08 with abs, and it IS different then 09 and later, I warned them and I might get a longer upper brake line if needed. And since its being done at an Indy I have to probably go to an HD shop and have them reset the ABS if it triggers a code.
They asked me if extra wiring would be needed and I told em no, but I'll let em know some reroute might be involved. Of course I am not doing the MBB I am doing the classic apes and just running the electrical outside the bars just like they are now... at 10 inches it won't be real noticeable, and these are only 1 inch and will just be more difficult and a cost added I probably don't need to worry about. If I was doing the MBB I would go internal being 1.25 and all. I still might talk to them about it and get opinions.. but I never ran anything thru the 10s I had on my last bike and there was no fairing to block the bars so they hung out there and they didn't look bad. The braided brake line helped.

I used Drag Specialties upper brake line to do my MBB's for my 08 abs SG. I was also able to change line without getting abs light. You maybe able get by with the stock line.
I got my Magnum +4 cable for my 09 SG from Dennis Kirk in Black Pearl for 75.99 I don't know about the price compared to others, never really shopped it.
