Looking for any good or bad feedback on the Precision Engine Management System made by Revolution Performance. I just bought Rinehart true dual exhaust and a Cobra PowerFlo Intake to put on my 2011 FLHTK Ultra Limited. Cannot decide whether to go with the Rev-Performance or have Harley do a Race-Tuner.
If yo have access to a skilled dyno operator (not some canned map-your good to go crap) in your area, and your ok with the cost, then that is your best way to go. If you want something that is easy to install and works very well, buy the Rev Perf EMS. I have one on my own bike and have installed four others. So far I'm impressed with every one of them, including a 107" with Rev Perf heads,555 cams and fatcat exhaust that I did last week. If you make additional changes later, it can adapt for those also. Do yourself a favor and don"t let someone talk you into one of the alpha-n systems, they are a step backwards from the HD Delphi speed density system you already have. P.S. Dr. V-twin had a very good price on the EMS.

Youll need to switch to an 09 exhaust with 18mm bungs or weld in 18message mm bungs for the RP system. The 2010& newer use 12 mm oxygen sensors. RP uses the 18mm bungs.
if you have the 18mm bungs on the Rhinehart true duals the Rev Perf is an easy reliable way to go. Had it on my 07 Fatboy with CNC ported heads , 255 cams ,high flow air intake and modified exhaust . Never had any issues . Had bike dynoed after and the difference between PC I had before was really negligible and the bike smoothed out more .
Thinking about it again for the new ride 2010 FLHTK .
Cannot say enough good about their customer service, you have to experience for yourself. No disrespect to any of the other brands or vendors, just that I have only dealt with fuelmoto.

I didn't pay close enough attention when I posted to your question earlier. SORRY! I missed the fact that your bike is a 2011, and I don't think the EMS will work on your control module. Check with Rev Perf to be sure if this is correct or if they now service 2011 models. Other wise you would have to purchase a 2010 ecm and then the EMS which probably isn't cost effective
Talked to revolution performance on Tuesday and they do not flash the 2011 ECM's at this time. So I decided to go with the screaming eagle race tuner by Harley and to have them Dino the bike as well to tune it properly.
