Ok so the bike was at the gym yesterday and I was able to get some pics of the AC and how this one is able to rotate around, but my problem now is what year Ultra is this as I have still not found the owner.

me thinks she is a 2007, seems other UC 2007 models have that same stupid design on the tank that flows back towards the seat from the badge

Do you want the pointed air filter or just a Heavy Breather?
Because Harley makes a Heavy Breather to fit with lowers. The tube is just shorther.

no I actually don't like the spear look

I know there is a shorter air filter to work with lowers, I was not aware that it also had a shorter tube

You can run the lowers with just about any air cleaner set up.

I believe the element is shorter not the tube.
