I have been off and on in regards to replacing my FLHX gauges. Currently I am 'ON' again about doing it.
I know that people have used Auto Meter for the Oil Temp without issue but I am looking at a complete replacement of the 4 small gauges at the very least. So thats, Oil Temp, Oil Pressure, Volt and Fuel Level and if possible I wold like to replace the Speedo and tach as well. but for now I'll focus on the first four.
Klockwerks has something but I don't like their design nor do I want to see their logo.
Has anyone done a complete replacement with Auto Meter branded gauges? Did you experience any gotchas? Specifically, I am looking at the Elite Series. They are over kill for my needs but I like the LED lighting, programmable to your color choice and programmable warning indicators for high and low thresholds.
