Default Harley cases

Can you buy cases for a 88" twin cam. If so does anyone have a link or cost. Thx

You should be able to get them from a Harley dealer, also S&S makes bottom ends. There are probably other brands as well, but that is two to get on with!

You can buy them from Harley but you have to turn in the old cases. If you get them from S&S, Sputhe Jims or Delkron you can keep your old ones!

S&S, Sputhe, and/or Jims will generally be stronger cases also. The downside is your bike will now have an aftermarket engine and the serial numbers don't match. That wouldn't bother me.

It doesn't bother me either but it does bother some insurance companies. Dairyland is one of them. I have STD cases on my Shovel and they will not add it to my Ultra policy. Plenty of companies will insure it but I lose Dairylands generous multi bike discount.
