I looked to see if possible, I live in a condo and my computer is by the front door, which is off a deck and steep hillside. No way to get Ole Whitey within 15 ft. Will have to check with my indy to see if he can do it for me. Thanks for the suggestion, and if I stilled lived in my house, I could ride the bike up to the den window and do it..LOL...

A deck and a hillside? So whats the problem? D-Day (Animal House) would be disappointed in you.
All kidding aside, if I were closer, I would shoot over with my laptop. For whatever it is worth, you can probably pick up a laptop for relatively cheap, doesn't have to be new, and use it just for adjusting your Power Commander. Check with your local college's as they upgrade equipment all the time and sell the old stuff at scrap prices.
I am constantly making little changes to my PCIII until I can get it on a dyno. I am running a farely similar setup to what you have, except I have a 1999 with M/M injection, A/N big sucker a/c, Vance and Hines 2/1, and Andrews 26's. If you want a copy of it, send me an e-mail address to forward it to. The server won't let me attach it here.

I have a vision of riding up the stairs to the 'study'.

Joking aside, a simple difference between an 88 and 96 is engine size - the fuelling requirements of the two engines will be different, even if everything else was the same.

Heard from Dynojet, still waiting on a reply from FuelMoto...
