I'm thinking of my next upgrade.Having a hard time deciding between the heads or a Fuelmoto 107 kit.I already have the 777 cams and full stage one kit with the Powervision.Looking at the Dyno charts on the fuelmoto site, looks like the same results are achieved from either mod.Later I may get the other but trying to decide which one to get now?
Depends on how much money you want to spend.
On a 2012 SG with 777 cams, you would likely be real happy with head work done by someone who will make them work best with that cam.
If you want to go 107" later it will only cost about $600 plus a top end gasket kit.
Thinking of installing the fuelmoto LevelB heads.Seems to make good performance gains without gutting the whole top end.If I do go with the 107",can my 103" cylinders and top end be fitted to my '09 Fat bob 96"?
If you're taking your heads off to go bigger bore, you might as well do the heads as well. Or wait until you can afford to do both. Try Hillside or another HDF sponsor for a package deal.
Just did the 107 upgrade. Love it! But, if I had a 103 to begin with (I had a 96) I would do tuning, and maybe the heads. My guess is with heads and a good stage 2 tune you'll be up over my 107 numbers (no head work). I'm at 96/108 which is a massive improvement over stock. Night and day difference on the road and worth every dime. It's the way the bike should have been off the showroom floor.

the typical kit from fuel moto does not replace your cylinders. you would be boring them out, so you would not have extra cylinders to put on your fat bob....
Let ya know next week.. Have an '11 SG with 103, 555 cams, pro pipe, and PCV. The FM level B heads just arrived Friday afternoon and getting dropped off at buddy's place tomorrow or Tuesday
