lose trottle response

seen several posts, looking for fresh answers
no throttle response, engine light on, high idle
first happened starting the bike after a stop, it cleared, then happened while riding after a backfire (same day), lost throttle again. sitting in garage, will idle and throttle but engine light on few seconds after start (code present). Bad Module? Induction? or other?

First welcome to the forum.
There are a number of things it can be the thing that comes to mind first is the connector on the throttle body.
And after you make a post you can go back and edit it so no one will ever know you made a spelling error. Look at the post after it was made there will be a edit button as long as you are still logged in.

Bike has stage 1, Freedom Racing true dual exhaust, no tuner or cams yet.
Did pull the connector off throttle body, discovered the the clip on it was half broken and my dumb *** broke it the rest of the way. Dealer had to have broke the other side, it was only half a piece that fell out and their the only ones in there. So that's probably a $100 wire assembly, cause nothing to hold it on now. It was not dirty though.
