I feel the same way when I see a batwing, and this goes by.

Now THAT is funny!
'Wave' or 'no wave'... I can't believe this is even a thread. Think I'm more concerned about someone cutting me off in traffic, pulling out in front of me from a side-street or driveway and people blowing through a stop light or sign then if some guy on a Harley didn't wave at me.
And those guys that are so uppity that they don't wave and don't service their own bikes? You can just tell by their indifference to other riders that they don't mow their own lawns or clean their own swimming pools either.

Noticed same thing when riding my non Harley bikes a few years back. Now I don't give a fudge... I am just happy to be out riding and could care less if someone waves at me or not. Sorry... too busy enjoying the breeze.
I was riding behind my wife on her Jap bike yesterday and everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was waving at her! Didn't matter what they were on, they were waving and had big, stupid grins on their faces. They don't wave at me like that, wierd. Oh, here's a pic I snapped at the rest stop, what is it about her bike that makes everyone wave like that?

They are trying to alert her to the fact that she's not wearing eye protection.

Those bastards! Shouldn't even be allowed to own a Harley, much less ride one! Lawns are supposed to be mowed?
