I didn't know the "wave" was manditory. Sometimes I return a wave sometimes I don't. Depends on my mood. Can't see why someone would take it personal. To be honest I'm not even sure what the purpose of the wave is. I'm not one to initiate a wave as I'd hate to waste a wave at someone that doesn't return a wave back. I sure hope I don't get shot sometime for not waving back.

The instant someone doesn't wave back at me, I push hard left on the bars, cross the double yellow line into their lane, and charge straight at 'em, veering away at the last possible millisecond to teach them a lesson for not waving back at me.
