09 Ultra question

09 CA touring model bikes ( and some Int'l) have cats in the header about 7" down--- you can hit the pipe with a pen and hear it; "tink, tink, tink- clank"
some border town dealers ( like Yuma AZ) stock CA bikes so that they can sell same model bike to all-comers rather than carry 2 lines of inventory.
when I was shopping used 09's ( in PHX) a couple of the bikes I checked had cats in the header, I guess the owners moved or the repos from CA were dumped in AZ

Only 09 Ultra California have a cat in the header. Mine is not a CA Ultra and there's no cat.
