Any thoughts on auto tuners for new exhaust? I was recommended to use an auto tuner versus a power commander. Thoughts?.

thundermax, just installed one on mine yesterday, bike runs good, still have a little tweaking to do as the tuner makes adjustments

You can use an AutoTune with a Power Commander. What exactly was it that was recommended to you, and by whom?

As stated, your question doesn't make sense.

I use the RevPerformance EMS tuner. Plug and play although you have to send your factory ECM to them for tweaking. Once you reinstall it it does the rest.

Also RevPerf states that you can make changes such as different cams, headwork, etc up to a 20% power differential without having to send your ECM back for tweaking.

I am very satisfied with mine after switching from the SEPST. It eliminated decel pop I couldn't remove and the bike runs fine from cold start.

You can run the PCV by itself or in conjunction with the Autotune. You can't run just the Autotune without the PCV. The Autotune operates through the PCV and adjusts the tune as needed.
