Freedom Wings Customer Service

I recently encountered excellent customer service from Freedom Wings. One day I found one of the wind deflector mounting brackets were broken. I contacted their customer support to inquire about purchasing replacement parts. He asked me for my address and 4 business days later I had a new bracket and replacement screws, nuts and washers that are apparently improved from the previous versions! I have had these installed for about 6 years now and they were well out of warranty.

Just wanted to pass along a great customer service experience.

Haven't had any reason to use their customer service department yet, but I sure do love my Freedom Wings. Much nicer than the ugly pre-09 H-D version.

I called about replacing the wings on mine, since I had installed some access passes to them and the adhesive had damaged them. Talked to the owner and he came up with a set for me for 20.00. Great service and real friendly folks there.
