Default One time tuning ?

I just installed a set of Andrews 48H cams in my 95 inch '09 Street Glide. Added an Arlen Ness Big Sucker air cleaner and already had a set of Rush slip on mufflers. Now I need to get it tuned. The HD dealers in my area ( there are three of them ) are all pushing the SERT althought one says they can also use the Master Tuner. ( Said one of their techs just went to school - which is not real confidence building ).

I have an indy tech that prefers the Direct Link tuner. Overall cost including the tuner is about the same. The guy using the Direct Link tuner is 50 miles away and the HD dealers are with 20 miles.

Once tuned, do I leave it alone unless I change or add something ? i.e. different mufflers, different headers, etc. Or will I have to have it retuned occasionally to keep the runability at optimum and torque/hp at maximum ? If retuning is necessary I'd want to stay with the closer source. Lastly, pros/cons of SERT/Master Tune/Direct Link ?

Thanks in advance.

once it is tuned you should be good until you change something. I would go with the TTS

As far as mods and tuning once you get it tuned with the mods you have you are good to go. You don't need to periodically re-tune it.
As far as tuning options the tts is a great tuner as is the sert. You have to decide who you want to tune it and go with what they suggest.
Either or will get the job done. One advantage with the tts is the auto-tune capability.
The sert re-flashes the ecu and once married to the bike is permanent Amd cannot be used on another bike. The tts can be removed and re-used with a different bike.

only if you pay for the two bike TTS. the $425 TTS is married to one ecm.

You have an '09 with a 95"? That's an odd duck.

Most of the popular aftermarket tuning systems work very well. I have heard mixed reviews about the H-D tuners but most people I've spoken with have had success with them on stock bikes. A benefit of the H-D tuners is that every H-D shop should have someone qualified to work on them. That could be convenient if you have issues on a road trip. I do not recommend any single system. I would recommend using a well known system and/or the system your tuner is most comfortable working on. Considering a dyno tune is only as good as the technician doing it, it's usually best to stick with what the tech knows best.

Once tuned with your new mods, it will have to be re-tuned any time the engine, intake, or exhaust changes are made. The auto-tune systems should eliminate the need for dyno time with every additional mod.

I ran my Deuce with FI TC88b almost 10 years on the same tune/recal done with the stage 1 upgrade. No problems ever!

I would go with the Power Vision and get it from Fuelmoto. They will preload the correct map and it comes with a monitor you can mount and monitor lots of functions. The good thing is you won't need a dyno tune unless you want every last drop of power.
