I've been calling around looking for a white Ultra with the new tubeless laced wheels and one of the dealership sales guys I ended up talking to was completely clueless about them even existing. He kept insisting that all laced wheels have inner tubes.
In fairness, this was one of those "family-owned dealerships", so I'm assuming that the guy I talked to was one of the owner's brain-dead kids, nephews etc. who couldn't get a job anywhere else or something.
It just seems to me that if you're trying to sell $21,500+ toys, that you could maybe have sales people who have at least a vague understanding of what you're selling.
Anyway, I found another dealership with a sales guy that can get me what I'm looking for.

Glad you found what you're looking for. I have the same problem with my truck. The guy at the Ford dealership claims that F-150 Lightning/Harley Davidson trucks don't exist, even though i've been driving one for the last year. But on the flip-side, for not existing it gets me around pretty well...
Damn, I'm happy for you that you've never made a mistake before!! Do you realize how many different models there are, and how many options there are for each model, and that all changes when you start talking about different years? But I'm sure you've never, EVER made a mistake on your job before.

Self-righteous is now how I'd describe myself. I realize that people by nature are not perfect and make mistakes. I believe it's the self-righteous person who expects everyone other than themselves to be perfect.
