I have 2 Freeway Blasters on my Ultra, hi and lo tone, and they're located behind the saddlebags, one on each side. They sound like an Italian sports car. I certainly get noticed when I use them.

Their shipping was $7.95 , so if you got two horns with shipping for $15, you stole them....
