I've logged about 10k since I swapped the stock air shocks for 2-2b in March. World of difference.
I also installed Progressive monotubes when I swapped the stock forks for a black set.
The bike (FLTRU) has a firm and responsive ride now.

well, i can finally be added to the Ohlins family. installed my 3-3's. Called howarded about my experience.. got crapped on cause i didnt call him during my install. it was early Sunday morning.. just spoke to him and went over the install again while i was next to bike... i kind of didn't install the included sleeve's, only had two and then found the other two( long story)..so that made me the ars !... Howard is good on a step by step procedure. i didnt have to use any spacer on the left side top shock,, he was surprised since this is very rare... install takes no more than a hour if u have all tools ready. had to remove both shocks in order to install the Ohlins since for my Ohlins shocks are little longer than the 12" stock air shocks. Ride is a little stiff on big bumps, but so far way better during avg riding. Will wait for the 500mile break in and then begin to adjust the preload and rebound to get it right... feels good not to beed a air pump anymore.
