I went with the BAL-1 instead of the BAL-2, and the BAL-1 is a significant improvement over stock. I assume the BAL-2 is an improvement over the BAL-1, but I didn't want to spend the extra $200.
I got mine from Pensacola Harley too! They had to order it since they don't keep the BAL-3S in stock. Took a couple of days but didn't have to pay shipping.
Bought mine from their website. You can run around looking for them, but it was so easy to just click and buy. Got great service each time (had one on my 08 FLHRC and bought again to equip my 11 FLHTK. Great product!
