Exclamation Left bag lean

Recently put the twin chrome rails around the hard bags of my Road Ring (FLHR) and found the left bag leaning towards the outside. Asked at a shop and they said it is common with all bikes. Could not tell until I put the guards on and now almost sorry I did. When I had the bike re-painted I had new pin striping put on and at first thought that was the culprit but not the case. Any fix for this?

Here's a shot of my bags, I can't see any lean. Do mine look like yours?

If it leans top out ,may be leaving weight in it while parked. Mine don't lean but I could see how the grand kids using the tops for steps could bend the pin hangers. On my Ultra the tour pack has stopped this.
