Have had issues with my '11 Street Glide engine "missing"...best word for it. Feels like a "miss" with audible and feel of an engine not performing.
Have had issues ever since dealership installed V&H slip-ons, SE Heavy Breather, and basic MAP download. After saying the engine was running lean, they said it needed tuning.
Got a professional indy tune with a SERT. At first, for about an hour, the engine ran beautifully.
Then it went back to missing like always. This time it threw a soft code, PO113 (no check engine light). Usually happens more at low RPMs, low gear. But it sometimes throws the bike out of cruise control up at speed. And it's a bit random. Some days more than others.
Any ideas? It's still under warranty, so taking it to a new Harley dealership next week.
I'd suspect the SERT, based on basic troubleshooting. The bike ran good before the mods, and the slip ons and heavy breater wouldn't do that, so it must be the tuner, right? Take it back to the shop that installed the SERT and let them make it right!
Code is Intake Air Temp Voltage Open/High
Might just be a wire off/unplugged. Check on manifold. SB on left side near outboard side behind A/C back plate.
