greasing a sealed wheel bearing?

Bearing lubrication is a very specialised game, and it is not necessarily a good thing to over pack a bearing.
If it is a sealed for life bearing then I would assume that the manufacturer is an expert (certainly more so than I am) and leave well alone.
Over pack it while static and I would have concerns about popping the seal off when the bearing is running and swishing all that lube around

Excess grease can cause overheating. I'd leave well enough alone or as suggested try to find a better bearing.

Well, I checked the front bearings.... they're shot! Poped the seals out and the left looked fine, but the right one had rust. so I'll be getting new ones tomorrow. The seal comes out easily and pops right back in. I check my bearings every tire change (rear 10k, front 20k). Being i'm going on a 3,500 mi trip, a week from today, I'll have to just have H-D's bearing put in. So, at 29,300mi the ISO bearing and a front wheel bearing have failed. A little dissapointing, but things could be much worse.
