I have a C&C Fastback and love it. Mine has the gelpad. I bought it from another forum member along with the rider backrest. I rarely use the backrest. My butt doesn't get sore and my coinpurse doesn't go numb after an hour! Mine puts me about 2" back and 2" lower than stock. I talked to Chuck at C&C prior to my purchase and the customer service was outstanding. They can do some custom options for your too, which rules.
I love the look and comfort. Really love the look.
Just as a point of reference... I did try a Mustang, Corbin, Stock, and Comfort Stitch prior to landing this keeper.
Check with your HD dealer and demo the Hammock and Road Zeppelin seats. They now have demo seats available. I'm your size and just switched to a Road Zeppelin, and it's a great seat. It does sit you a little higher, so check your situation. I have a 32" inseam and it works for me.
Just got in the door did 5 hours yesterday and same back today. Feel like I drove my jeep. Back and *** in great shape. Can't imagine being more comfortable.
That is a nice seat, I bought it for my bad back and my tail bone has quit complaining too.
I'm just a small fry though: 6' and 220 lbs.

I've heard a lot about MCC myself. Talk to Allen and see what he can offer for your size. Can't hurt to at least try before you drop that $1300...
