Haha.. no doubt. I may end up trashing the whole thing in the end! Live and Learn I'm hoping for the best though. The covers and LED's look legit, and I could definitely splice them in... I just prefer the idea of these adapters. We'll just have to wait and see..
Do not buy the 'adapters' I sent a link to. They are not adapters, they are the actual base.
***FAIL***
Haha.. I'll let u know how it goes when i wire them in.. or resell them and buy one of the kits that has been mentioned.. haha!!
I bought the Smoke Lenses and regular bulbs from the dealer today. I put the much darker black lenses on and they didn't look as good. The smoke ones blend better with the chrome... It's more of a silver tint and almost disappears... Hard to explain I guess, but you get the point .
I do want to get the running, brake, turn led setup That one of u guys mentioned.. Thats a bit down the road though. I did order a fun tri-bar headlight accent with a skull in the middle for $15 shipped from eBay. I'll post a pic soon.
Here is a quick video I made of my LED's. Front turn signals, rear turn signals and brake/turn signal are Kuryakyn. Basically plug and play and include load equalizers that install under the seat.
The trunk LED's are from Ride Time Technolgies and involved a little bit of work but not a major job.
I replaced all my turn signals and my brake light with custom dynamics led's amd it was all plug and play, even the module is plug and play.very easy and i am very pleased with them,08sg.
