Iron cross audio
Kudos (again...) to IRON CROSS AUDIO!! They've done it again for me. I was experiencing the dreaded "...HK radio cutting out syndrome...". Pulled my radio, sent it to ICA for them to fix it. Received it back within 2 days; installed it; logged 800 miles this weekend and not
one incident of cutting out during the whole trip. Thanks to Tony and Maria; they are great people to work with and have Top Notch Customer Service!!!

In about 2 or 3 weeks when it gets colder where I am I'll be pulling mine to send to ICA for the dreaded "no sound from speakers" repair.
I contacted HD to see if there was any goodwill in a repair/replacement (which I knew they wouldn't go for) and was informed I could get a new one for-- ready-- $1,100 (our money is near parity at the USD at the moment).
