2011 Street Glide Quit while running
Took my 2011 Street Glide out today and was running through town about 25-30 MPH when the bike just quits like it has been switched off.. pulled it over to the next street and tried recranking w/no luck. Everything sounds fine cranking but its not firing. so i switch it back on and listen for the fuel pump and heard nothing. i found a metal bar lying nearby and opened up the fuel tank and tapped on "what i was hoping was the fuel pump" and still got nothing. But when i switched it back on listening for the fuel pump.. there was a clicking sound coming from the box under the air filter..sounded like plastic gears grinding. So i tapped the side of that box and the bike fired right up . It has since fired up 3 more times but it has made that grinding sound 2 of the 3 times. I have an appt lined up for saturday at the stealership but wanted to see if you guys had any ideas as to what that grinding sound is?

The noise is coming out of the Throttle body and actually quit reving today while in town riding. It was running(Idle) but wouldnt take fuel when you twist the grip.I cut it off... Switched it back on ,got the Grinding sound again in the throttle body ..But this time it would take fuel. She goes into the shop tomorrow.
