What do you guys carry with you on the road in case of a flat tire?

There was a post a few days ago regarding a couple that got a flat tire and it prompted me to order these;

A cell phone, insurance card and ear plugs, so I wouldn't be able to hear any bitch'in !

That's what I carry, both the tire plug kit and "that" pump as it's small and works great.

I have tried to combat a flat by filling my tires with 'Punctureseal' before I get a flat, it then seals the tires automatically and is safe up to 150mph and for the life of the tire unless you get a sever damage
