Will a 2012 road glide custom seat fit a 2012 road king classic.
I've been looking at seats for taller riders and the Road Glide seat seems to fit the bill

It should, same frame.

My thought exactly.
Confusion from one dealership to another.
One says it fits the other says it won't as the rear fenders are different.

Should fit with no problems! Sounds like one of those dealers was ready to sell you a seat!

ALL 2012 touring seats will fit ALL 2012 touring frames - period - done - finished!

The dealers now have a try a seat program to offer you. The parts department will loan you a seat N/C to try ON YOUR BIKE. Nothing quite like having the seat ON YOUR BIKE to ride on and try out BEFORE you buy it!

Funny how the dealerships don't volunteer that.

yep I got a sundowner on my sg right now ,it has demo stamped all over it
