Unless the Street Glide is different than an Electra Glide Standard of the same year , the stock pilot jet is a #45.
If you have any doubts , tear it apart and look.
This would be the only way to know for sure.

OK, went to the dealer and they looked at me like I was nuts. Stock is 48/190. Any other suggestions?
if i remember correctly the first time I took the jets out of mine they were 45 slow and about a 170 main and i bought it new, off the floor in March 06
Before I did motor work on my 04 RK, With just stage 1 and duals, I ran a 48 slow, stock main and a shimmed sporty needle. My gas milege was in the high 40's. Your dealership is full of ****.
45 slow and 170 main is stock. I set up my neighbor's 03 Superglide with a 48 slow 1 1/2 turns and a 190 main. He has the V&H Longshots and the plugs are a nice chocolate brown. 45+ MPG if he doesn't twist his wrist too much.
Do yourself a big favor and go to the nightrider site as previously mentioned. The info you're looking for is somewhat obscure on the right side of the page. Scroll down and click the CV Carb Mods.
