For someone who already has a stage II kit installed with SE 255 cams, what would be the best header to get that is not a two into one setup. I think I am going to get a new (better) dyno and am weighing the cost vs. performance improvement of adding a header. Right now I am at 85hp and 105tq.
The reason I want the bike re-dyno'd is my fuel economy averages 35, even at highway cruising, and I should be at 40+ with my setup.
What kind of tuner you running, sounds like you may be fatt in a few areas. If your running a fuel manager, contact Fuel Moto for a map, I betcha they have one for your setup.

Looking at your dyno numbers, i'd be very surprised if you could get better performance out of different headers. I also have an 09 Street Glide. With a simple stage one my fuel mileage average was 35 mpg as well. Now i have a 107 build and still getting about the same mpg. I'm not sure what the difference is with these guys that claim 40+ mpg after a build. My advice: Forget the numbers. If you are happy with the bikes performance then leave it alone. You could spend a lot of time and money chasing those few extra mpg and wind up with nothing better than you have now.
It is not the add'l I am chasing as much as the additional 30+ miles per tank, which on long trips is nice. If I am getting a new tune, and headers will help, why not?
I have a 103 with the 255 cams jackpot headpipe and slip-ons i ran 83hp and 103tourqe thats with a downloaded program from harley that i loaded. There may be a few more horse there if i had it fully tuned just didn't feel like paying
