Warped rotor on one side only?!?!?
I got this 07 RG this week with 22K mi on it, didn't do a test ride before I bought it but the price was right so I took it. Any way on the way home the front end seemd a little shakey and thought it was probably the fork oil. Got it home and was giving it a bath, needed it bad, and noticed the outside brake pad on the front was about half as thick as the inside pad or the pads on the left side. I thought maybe something wasn't lined up incorrectly but it turned out that one rotor was warped, it was bad enough to see the warp laying flat on the bench. I replaced just that one rotor but all the pads on both sides and it rides perfect now. Anyone ever have just one front rotor warp, I've had both before not just one?

Maybe previous owner put a disc lock on that rotor and tried driving off with the lock still on??? They do bend easy. Doesn't take much of a bump to knock it out of true. If the rotor is otherwise in decent shape, try straightening it. Put it on the wheel. Get front wheel off ground. Set up dial indicator. Slowly rotate the wheel to find the high spot. Tap VERY GENTLY with leather or rubber mallet. Repeat process until within specs.
