Odd, problem
I have a 2007 Ultra Classic, stock except for mufflers and ied's.
I recently noticed something odd. The wife and I were cruising along and I saw that when we would hit a bump, or even a dip in the road, my right turn signal indicator would flash on and off. Only the right, and fairly consistantly, nearly every bump.(and in Toledo, that's a lot)
First thing I checked was the bulbs. All brake lights and turn signals work.
Anyone ever hear of this?
EDIT; BTW, I thought maybe it was a short in the turn signal switch, but with it running I can bang on the handle bars and it won't do it.

I'm not sure about the 07 but on my 09 the wires for the turn signals were in a rubber strip glued to the bottom of the fender right down the center. Part of it had came unglued and rubbed the tire. The dealer fixed it the first time under warranty but it happened again shortly after so I just rewired it to run along the side of the fender.

or on a lowered bike the tire can rub through the insulation (or if the tire blows out the carcass can whip around and hit the wiring)
try to isolate the fault front/rear
