probably not the angle your wife wants to look at but when i had my sport bike i used to put the gopro on the spools (rear axle sliders) pointed forward & rearwards. when it was forward you would see the suspension travel, the front tire come off the ground & great lean angles. facing rear was ok but not my favorite but you dont know till you just play around with placement of the camera, its not going to hurt if you find a spot & dont like it but at least you can find out.
