You could just remove your inner fairing, they would fit then and it might be less work?


















Just kidding, I would not want to go through wiring all of that again. Or worse yet waiting for the correct bars to come in while the cables are all removed. Good practice anyways!

They say practice makes perfect! Guess we shall see. But would rather have gotten the right bars the first time.

Frackin dealerships, if they can find a way to screw the pooch theyll do it. Id make em pull and reinstall em in the the right bars, but then youll be wondering if they screwed that pooch also.

Yeah once youve done it, its faster the second, third etc time. I purposely soldered longer leads on my 14" apes just in case I want to go 16 or higher in the future...the only hard part was getting the molex to release the wire pins but Ive since bought a pin tool so it should be cake. If I was on my laptop I would show you a pic of one I found on ebay for 14.95 shipped.
