Default Service manual question

Quick question. I'm at work in an airport so I dont have access right now, but does anyone have access to a service manual that can tell me if fork oil is a service item at 40,000 miles?

I was just reading my manual.
Fork oil is a 50,000 mile service item.

I misread the manual and changed mine at 10k. But I used the SE oil, which is heavier, so no more nose dive when braking.

I agree, should be done way before 50k. I consider that a 20-25k item.

Change it every time you ride...oh, wait. That is engine oil.......fork oil every other season (twice a year in the North East).
Mine was changed at 50K.

Yep, I put the Intiminators in at about 6k the springs, tubes, and caps were rusted inside, and the fluid levels were way off, both were low but one was at least an 1" lower.

Change it and go to SE heavy. Stops the dive and feels more in control.
