Just a heads-up, bought a pr of Works for my Roadglide. Had some issues with the ride and tried to contact customer service. Not too friendly, left voicemail...no response. Last time I'll buy from them.
I had Progressive 440s and it was a little stiff for my weight and size (5'9, 165). I switched over to the Works thinking they could "build" a shock that would give me a ride I want. So far, the rides bumpier when I hit potholes on the freeway and it doesn't seem to handle any better. In fact it may be worse. So I thought I may not be adjusting it right so i called customer service. The guy who answered didn't seem to happy about his job and switched me over to "customer service". All I got was voicemail. I even emailed them. No response. I just wanted HDF members to beware. They're fast to promise you the "right" shocks for your specific need, but if you have problems....forget about it. Yet, some may have had better luck with them (From prior posts). Just a caveat emptor folks!
FYI I do not know this person, but I did pick up a card at a show. Card says he is a customer service rep

Seemed fairly friendly at the show, but who knows after you buy. We do now!
Well here is another side to Works. A few years ago I ordered a set & installed them the nite befor a cross country ride. Bout killed us first 300 miles; got to a dealer measured the shocks & found they were too short. Called works ,explained the prob & they built another set ,overnighted them to the next dealer on our route & payed for R&R & all shipping, and apologized more than once for the screw up. Best ride I have ever installed on my Harley. Recently sent em in for a rebuilt after 50,000 miles & they were great to deal with.
